I don't claim to know much about that period in history, but it's my understanding that Nixon's Secret Plan to end the Vietnam War was to send more troops over. Sound familiar?
Send more troops over and bomb the fuck out of Cambodia. In secret. Remind me, if you're interested I know an excellent history of the war, but it's in my bookcase at home and I don't remember the title.
