It's a store called Infectious Awearables. They sell clothing with microscopic images of diseases on them, to raise awareness and $$ for reasearching and eradicating said diseases. (One of my favourites is the Herpes design).
Though it struck me as strange that they sell boxers with "testosterone" on them. Maybe the group is run by militant feminists?
The design on that tie is Parkinson's, which runs in my boyfriend's family.
