Touga is the president of the poweful Student Council and also the biggest playboy on the Ootori Campus. He likes to flirt and make out with any girl who offers herself to him and is very good at manipulating emotions and situations. He has long red hair with a lighter streak running down the front. He uses a seiyou sword (western sword) and is really good at kendo.
Touga does not value relationships, and never really shows his true intentions/emotions. However, he does care (at least a little) for his younger sister Nanami and perhaps Utena.
