Apr. 20th, 2006 09:29 amSo down in the market, there's this guy who carves pumpkins professionally, and usually does them for big corportations and television shows (yeah, that guy who carves show logos and stars' faces into pumpkins). As this is a fairly seasonal profession, in the spring and summer, he carves into watermelons. They're always lovely and I always mean to snap a picture or two, but never have a camera on me. Now that I have a camera phone (SCORE!), I can! This isn't one of his best, but the idea of a watermelon slice carved into the side of a watermelon amuses me so. It's like drawing the image of a T-Bone onto the side of a cow or something.
