And now, an odd little story

Is it that evident that it's a slow day?

Making fish & chips last night, we dumped the hot grease and etc. off the back porch (don't worry, jaina, we made sure no one was down there first). When we realized we couldn't eat all the fries chips, I said, "Just throw them out back for the birds."

Kirk said, "It's like we're starting a compost heap. And we'll have fat birds!"

And fat birds at the time seemed incredibly cute and cuddly. That is all.
