Nerdiness proportional to boobs

40cakesWill probably be ripping my hair out due to busy-ness today, but for now, here's a tale from the NY Comiccon. I think it proves that no matter how much I squee over Hello Kitty and like putting on pretty nail polish and things, I am primarily a geek foremost, and girly girl second.
There's a woman with a booth selling cute little clear plastic totes, only the front of the totes have record covers and comics in them. We're running by it so that we don't get crushed to death, and my train of thought is as follows: "Oh, that's cute, they're little purses! That's a neat idea! I'd get one if they weren't $70. Seriously, I could probably do that fairly easily from home, just a few supplies THAT'S ISSUE ONE OF THE 92 CATWOMAN SERIES WITH THE SPECIAL EMBOSSED COVER AND YOU TURNED IT INTO A PURSE?!"
