Trader Joe’s, the specialty grocery chain coveted by many for their wide selection of delicious products, support of local producers and growers, fair pricing, and friendly business practices, is setting up residence near Union Square. It's all very crunchy and save the world, and everything's organic, so I'd imagine they are. Not sure where you'd absolutely clearly check something like that, though.
