So for the past two weeks, I've had a case of the stupids. I get random headaches, I've been mispronouncing words, and my eyes have been hurting and feeling out-of-focus. Today was the climax, when I realized I couldn't remember how to pronounce a word, but KNEW that I knew somewhere in my brain.

We might do better with DVDs if we had a chair or something, the bed is a very sleepy environment for us old folks.

Okay, chairs would be nice. As would a proper living room. Where there isn't:
1. piles of dirty clothes tossed on the couch
2. an old couch of indeterminate origin, though we know a cancer-ridden cat hung out there for a month.
3. a trash bag I'm afraid to open.
