XD There was a book written by a woman who works at Lonely Planet travelogues, detailing her adventures around the world to meet men (her logic being that everyone has a soulmate, but what if hers just doesn't happen to be in England?). She sent out an APB to all her worldwide friends and they set her up on blind dates about the globe. One of them happens at the Burning Man festival.

It's a combination of an arts festival (with lots of sculpture), a music festival (with lots of trance), a block party, a camping trip... and damn hard to describe, even after five years. Mostly, though, it's fun. And ends with a forty foot bonfire. Of a man. With fireworks.
