Weekend Update

40cakesSecond verse, same as the first: 400 entries back, my clicky finger is tired. Anything eventful happened other than pairing essays and lj paid time downage, let me know :)
Paid pic time ran out, and I'm down to 15 icons again. Don't think I really mind all that much. C'est la LJ. Speaking of icons, I'd like to replace my Halloween one with something more timely. Whereabouts can I get cute Thanksgiving icons?
Thursday night took in some JJ Appleton. Lacked Midol, had shot of Tequila followed by an Amaretto Sour instead. That works just as well, if not better, really. jaina, I said "coffee house" instead of "lounge." Because man, I was happy and cool and relaxed and not entirely remembering of my surroundings, dood. I think I covered it well, save for spitting in eyepoky's ice. (He totally deserved it, I swear.)
Friday we ventured to the Palisades mall to meetjaina for shopping and Dave & Buster's and some foods. I got a viking hat for $2. Mostly because it was a viking hat for $2. I wore it proudly about the mall. It was also helpful when I got lost and everyone else had to find me. Came back and watched An Evening with Kevin Smith disc the first. Kevin's a rather funny fellow, despite me not liking his directorial style (and dude, I had a mad crush on Ben Affleck for two years and even I know he's a horrible actor, so get your lips out of his brown eye, would you?)
Saturday was gonna be a movie and a play, but we lazied out and instead hung out at home after menial grown-up food/supply shopping at Target. But I did set up an eye appointment so I can learn how newly blind I am since the last checkup (two, three years ago).
Sunday was similarly spent being cutesy and lazy and cuddly and playing Samurai Warriors and Inidigo Prophecy (smashing game, I tell you. Incredibly original gameplay) and watching The Dangerous Lives of Altar Boys and Boondocks. And then stayed up until 2:30 being more cutesy and cuddly and just talking and being in love, etc. Hee.
Now I chugging coffee and am about to have pizza. YUM. Also, I just ordered Thursday night midnight tickets for HP! Eeeee.
