Reindeer is best served at a rooftop restauraunt. Blitzen is very chewy; while Prancer is not nearly so tough, as you might imagine.
Personally, I could eat Vixen every day of my life...

...You're not big on seafood, are ya? Prawns! And oysters! And lobster (well, ok, not lobster so much)! Crab! Shark! Squid is the best seafood ever, though. EVER.

And you've never eaten a mango? That's a crime.

Venison's a tricky one. It can be damn tasty, or it can be the most gamey, dry and stringy shit ever.

I actually do like seafood, but I tend to stick to what I know I like.

I've never eaten a mango. Sorry. It's especially a shame since we have this great fruit market downstairs, but honestly some of the fruits intimidate me. You ever seen someone eat a pomegranate? Scary stuff.

See, in south Jersey, venison's pretty popular. If you hit a deer with your car, you've fucked up your vehicle but at least you caught dinner.

Good question! Perhaps the maker of the list prefers guinea pigs over escargot.
