So I sez to myself I sez, "Those pierogies were delicious, but man do I need the taste of onions out of my mouth, say, NOW. I shall saunter down to the vending machines and purchase a fizzy drink* with my dollar in quarters."

So I get downstairs and what do mine eyes see but a full, untouched, creamsicle cheesecake, just waiting for me to take a piece! I look around for whoever could've put it there and see no one. I ask the receptionist. "Receptionist," I say, "why is there a full, untouched, creamsicle cheesecake waiting for me to take a piece in the canteen? Is it poison cake? Is it a trap?"

"No, L brought that down. They had a meeting, and there was extra cake."

WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL. This fine cheesecake was paired with Diet Sprite Zero, as one should always properly match one's fizzy drinks to one's dessert menu. Bon appetit.

*caffeine-free. Did I mention I'm trying to kick caffeine? FUN.
