Sure! But then I don't think that friend can be one of your referrals, because once you get five, they go back and check your referrals to make sure they're legit or something.

No, it's not a chain letter, it's a website. It's pretty much a pyramid scheme -

1. I want a free iPod. I complete an offer on the website, and refer 5 friends so I can get an iPod.
2. Each of those 5 friends has to complete an offer so I can get my iPod, and hopefully they complete offers, because they too can get iPods if they each then get 5 friends to complete offers...

It's awesome when it works! But yeah, I have a friend who signed up under me who already got hers cuz she's more popularer.
