Yeah.
And yet... I keep posting there. Even while it sucks, I keep trying and holding out for more, hoping that one day, it will surprise me and my years of optimism will pay off.

That's really the only thing I miss about XF fandom--way more mailing lists and sites you could post to where people would see your stuff.
Of course, the trade-off was the amount of batshit crazy fans. Ah, XF, your time came too soon; you truly would have been the emperor of fandom wank.
