40cakes | Apartment Hunter - like Crocodile Hunter, only American.

Checked out an apartment today that seemed pretty nice. $360/month, plus electric and cable/internet. Thai, Dunkin Donuts, laundromat, and liquor store all within walking distance (what else do I need?). Train station only 10 minutes away, train ride only 35 minutes. Two roommates, both of whom don't seem to be around a lot. Typical sized room, and a backyard! I like it. Hopefully, tenant living there now (that I would replace) finds a nice place so I can move in. I like my total commute time going down to about 1:15 tops, as opposed to 2:30-3:00. I'm sure my car would appreciate it, too.

[EDIT] I forgot to mention this, which is odd, because I said it at least three times when I was there...it SMELLED good there. Like, really good. I liked the scent. Like candles and potpourri, and homey comfort smell.
