Asshat: Programming.

C: May I ask what this is in reference to?

A: Tonight's movie.

[At this point, I'd like to say that when people call up for scheduling info, I try and help them out. It takes 30 seconds for me to check the website and tell them what's on.]

C: Tonight's movie is such-and-such.

A: At 8 o'clock?

C: Yes, at 8.

A: What year is that movie?

C: Hold on.

[At this point, I'd like to say that I'm going above and beyond by checking IMDB.]

C: 2003.

A: 2003? Oh okay because my DirectTV guide says 2004, but another thing I have here says 1985...

C: Well, the story is set in 1985, but the movie was made in 2003.

A: Well I'm just wondering why that is, becuase I have things here that say two different things...

C: Hold on one moment.

[I don't need to hear this crap. I have things to do, like post on livejournal. Transferred to the Viewer Services line so he can vent if he wants about the friggin listings.]
