jaina's bringing a hair iron, and I replied that I can pack a suitcase full of hair straightening products that might work on my hair for all of 30 seconds. Maybe we should just pull out the ironing board and I'll slap my head down on it.
This ispale_jezebel's first con; any recommendations for things to bring? I warned her of shower schedule backup, and told her to bring a cell phone charger, towel, pillow, and sleeping bag. And booze and video games, which are most important. I let her know we don't really stick together sometimes, and wander off to see different things. We're preregistered and heading down on Thursday.
Anything else I should tell her about? Any anime I could recommend she see? She's a big Stargate/Steven King/sci-fi fan. And she liked Vampire Princess Miyu.
