Oy vey. And as I told crisischick81, these people aren't prudes so much as deranged. Most of them are anti-lemon because they believed everything they've read and have been sorely disappointed.

I beg the question - when you see "NC-17," what do you think is contained therein? Whether it be at the theater, on cable, on FFN, whatever. Because I always kinda understood that it meant sex. But a whole lotta the people here have the reaction of, "OMG, I was reading this NC-17 fic, and then there was a SEX SCENE! It made me squinch my eyes shut, because ew, sex is gross and I don't need to know every detail!!!!!!"
