40cakesFandoms that scared you away before you could join: Lupin III. There is no reason this series should be the subject of that much yaoi.
Fandoms you were scared away from after being in a few days: I don't know...it's either an immediate turn-off, or I get completely fed up with something. Maybe Friends? I tried to get into that fandom way back in high school before I even had my own computer, and could only check Yahoo! ml from a friend's place. Once you've read one "Monica gets pregnant accidentally and Chandler is forced to romantically propose" fic, you've read them all. Maybe it's tied with Karekano, what with its three or four posts of "Wait, Yukino and Arima HAD SEX?!"
Fandoms you ran away from screaming after being in a while: I think Maroon5. Every post in the community is about how the "true fans" who liked them as Kara's Flowers are so much better than the new MTV fans.
Fandom that you go back to like an abused woman to a trailer trash boyfriend: Sailor Moon.
Fandoms you had five minutes of fame in: Sailor Moon. I think I even won a few teensy fan fic awards. Undeservedly. I was plagarized!
Fandoms you spend too much time in: Trigun. Trigun, Trigun, Trigun.
Fandoms you hate but love the show source material: Harry Potter.
Fandoms you love but hate the show: I've never been a Star Trek or Star Wars fan, but I like Tribbles and Yoda...does that count?
Fandoms you love the best: I met a lot of people (I actually like that aren't stalkers) through Trigun, so it's at the top of the list.
