Moving Schna
Oct. 19th, 2003 09:10 pmYou find the craziest stuff while moving, that makes you almost nostalgic. Kindasorta.
I'm thinking of having a bonfire for all my old journals and notebooks that have shitty little stories written in them. See what the smoke of a 17 year old's deep philosophy looks like. Though I did find a funny story about my high school friend Susan and her boyfriend having phone sex. If any of you knew them, I'd type it here. Unless y'all have an overwhelming desire to read about it. ... Yeah, that's what I thought.
Found all my Sleepover Friends series. Anyone know about them? It's what I read instead of Babysitter's Club. Because I couldn't babysit, but I could have sleepovers.
Realized I had two copies of Douglas Adams's Starship Titanic by Terry Jones (the one from Monty Python). Tried to figure out why. Picked up the first one, saw nothing special about it, hardcover with a nice foil dust jacket like the other one. No sales ticket on it or anything. Pick up the other one and check it out and flip to the title page.
Where it's signed by Terry Jones.
And Douglas Adams.
...
Y'know, "bitchin'" seems such an inappropriate word, but it fits.
Also found this.

I feel like I let him down, too. :( I need to be more offensive!
