Dude, if you had more/bitchier Bleachfen on your flist, I would totally be shouting "DUCK AND COVER! FIRE IN THE HOLE!" right now. For the love of god, to NOT post this to soul_society. ;)
That said, I admit it's difficult for me to judge the filler arc objectively, since I'm frustrated by the fact that the character cannot be allowed to grow very much, plus most of the new characters are fairly flat (yes, the Bound are v. fun to poke fun at, but still flat) and we got introduced to so many AWESOME ones in the SS arc.
...okay I was gonna say more but then I got sucked into copy-editing stuffs for like an hour and I forget it. For now I'll just say there are things I like about the filler, and I wouldn't keep watching it with you if I didn't enjoy it--but I am VERY much looking forward to a forward-moving plot again.
