A full-page print ad for Comedy Central's The Daily Show with Jon Stewart appearing in the June 5 edition of Hollywood Reporter reads: "We had fake news years before CBS hired Katie Couric."
Note to self: Grab June 5 edition of Hollywood Reporter from work.

I don't know much about Katie Couric, but a lot of what I'm hearing tends to be of the tone "ohnohz womenz can't be taken seriously as newscasters!!!11" There was a letter to the editor in my newspaper today along the same lines. Bah.
