I pretty much love and adore any time they use this character on Family Guy, probably given what I go through in the mornings to get the weather. I turn on any random network and wait through their drivel and ads and human interest stories and banter to hear the weather, which is usually reported in the five minutes that I've popped into the bathroom to brush my teeth. It's enough to have sent me to the special Weather Channel that just shows the repeating graphics of the day's weather.

So for now, I'll keep up with this guy. I SAW A FISH!

Sometimes when I see that we're expecting rain, I still hear "It's gon rain!" in my head. Heehee.
