Weekend was lovely and snow is pretty. Commute this morning was horrific and therefore I shall not speak of it. Knitting project coming along alright, except tonight I'm going to try knitting two colors together for the first time ever and there will probably be cursing. First time knitting in the round not going too badly.

Same here, which is why I figured doing the olympics thing would give me some Oomph to try something new. So far I've made an iPod cover, and it's a bit big and I sewed the seam on the wrong side and the threads are coming apart.

Actually, I knitted a blanket for Lilah's oft-neglected baby doll using two different colors. It made it extra plush and soft despite the cheap acrylic yarn. I am TOTALLY going to do an extra big blankie that way for myself. <3
