Resolutionary Girl Casey
Jan. 2nd, 2006 11:43 pmAlright, realistic resolutions with goals and dates worked well last year.
What do you think, sirs?
- Lose 20 pounds by April 1. (And no April Fool's funny business. Return of the ticker, missy.)
- I shall always know exactly how much I have in my checking account, as it shall be kept perfectly balanced. And there will never be a late payment again, save for extenuating circumstances.
- Finish all the knitting projects you currently have on every set of needles. Then learn how to knit stripes. Then learn how to knit something that's not in a straight line. You have an entire bag full of this stuff, dammit, do it right. BEFORE you pick up something else to start.
- Be more proactive at work and get things done before people expect them to be done and dick around less on Livejournal so that you're not in a panic at 4pm Fridays to get everything done before the week ends.
- Do not use your credit card unless you absotively posolutely HAVE TO. HAVE TO. Like you get a flat tire at the mall have to, not "I want this video game REALLY BAD" have to.
