Yesterday's Healthy Ingestingses:
1 multi-vitamin
3 cups of green tea at work
1 medium cup of tomato cheddar soup
1 bottle of Immunity Naked vitamin-filled sludgey beverage
32 oz. of water
2 bowls of chicken noodle soup
1 cup of peach green tea with honey
Chips and hot salsa (to clear out the sinuses)
Today's Healthy Ingestingses:
1 glass of OJ
2 cups of green tea
1 multi-vitamin
1 bottle of Nantucket Nectars OJ
1 chicken sammich (for protein)
1 chocolate puddin' (What? I need to feed the PMS, too.)
BLERG. Dun wanna be sick no' mo'.
