ahaha. I was always terribly impressed that while the rest of the Channel One team was hanging around the studio trying to look hip, Anderson Cooper was off in, like, Bosnia, in the middle of a war zone, making everyone else look silly.

'course that was a million years ago, but it still amuses me.
