Today is the second day in a row I've started to fall asleep on my drive to the train station. Yesterday, I had gone to bed late the night before, and thought that was the reason. But last night I went to bed on time, and was still groggy and heavy-lidded this morning.
Falling asleep while driving is fucking scary. I'm trying to kick caffeine, but if the only way to stop this is to drink Jolt Cola mixed with chocolate-covered Espresso beans, so be it. Anyone know of a natural way to really perk up in the morning (and stay perked? I'm awake enough when I leave the house, but that last 20-mile stretch to the station almost kills me. Literally.)
