FFVII, Breast Cancer, Open House, and my dead lung

I'm on the second disk of FFVII! Finally! And let me tell you what's really funny at 10:30 in the morning:

"I've decided! If it's a girl, we'll name her Titcakes!"
"Titcakes...what a lovely name..."

Woke up for breast cancer walk. Was running on time. The mucous dripping out of every facial orifice on my head was running ahead of me. Jez calls at 8:50, right before I'm about to leave.

"Where are you?"
"The apartment."
"Oh. I'm not going, because I'm still feeling crappy. Are you still sick?"
"Yes. I'm coughing up a lung."
"You shouldn't go either. It's cold out."
"Okay!"
"Go back to bed."
"Aiight, see you tonight."

Of course, I had clothes on and contacts in and was showered and stuff, so I wasn't going back to bed! Played FFVII until 1pm (Or shall I say, played FFVII until noon, and then talking amongst characters lasted about an hour).

Gina said "Wear Khakis" for the open house. She didn't say what NOT to wear. I wore khakis, if anyone asks. I can prove it. The cat ears, keyboard necklace, spiked bracelet and glittery purple eye makeup are all just rumours. Hey, the best way to get this club fun again is to attract fun people, ne?

Minnie told Polly that she expects Kelly Osbourne to be the next President, and Minnie to be VP. But she told Polly she'd let her stay on as Treasurer or Secretary. And she was serious about it. Really. She told Polly she'd have to hurt her if she ran for VP against her.

Open House was filled with people aplenty. I pimped WiC to boys and girls alike. "Join Women in Communications, unite the female population! We let guys into WiC, too! Pick up chicks! Nothing turns a girl on more than walking for a breast cancer cure! We have punch and pie! Virgin sacrifices once a month, and we're running out of virgins!"

The parents weren't impressed with my schpiel.

Started feeling sick Thursday night. Got sick Friday night. Have been sick since. On Saturday, Mother called to yell at me re: credit card bills. Made me drive home for lectureness. While sick. At least I got $20 and winter clothes out of the deal.

Am feeling very Hyatt today. I want a Hyatt icon for when I'm sick...:: stores in brain file which will be lost :: "Hi! Join Women in Commu--:: gasp! collapse! ::" Need to get blood capsules...

Lurve Hina

So, in my attempt to make as much money as possible in as little time as I can, I've been selling anime stuffs I can bear to part with. And now I've come upon Love Hina.

It's a cute series. Really. I like it. But I buy a new DVD, watch it, and never watch it again. It's more of a rental or downloadable series for me.

I've got the box and the first three DVDs, and I'm thinking of unloading them on eBay. Any suggestions?
