40cakes1. Triumph the Insult Comic Dog is not funny. He insults people, and says "poop." I weep for the starving artists of the world.
2. He has been doing this for quite a while, so the novelty of a cigar-smoking foul-mouthed dog hand puppet has well worn off.
So don't people realize no one pays attention to anything he says unless someone whines about it and it makes the news?
