1. I was born in Westminster, California.

2. I'm the only child from my mother and father. My father has two daughters from a previous wife. Both my brothers are dead.

3. My first omg totallie insane crush was on Ryan Ellis, who was in a grade below me at Brandon Academy.

4. I skipped the second grade.

5. A lot of people may define this as wishy-washy or what have you, but if you've got a decent point on a subject, even if it's a point disagreeing with what i believe, I will listen to you. If it's a good enough point, you may even convert me.

6. With all the travelling my family's done, I've only been out of the U.S. once - Mexico.

7. I've only done an illegal substance once, and decided alcohol was infinitely better.

8. My boyfriend stopped smoking when we got together, because I said I couldn't stand the scent of cigarettes. Since then, he's started smoking again, and I had a few Parliaments during the making of The Last Cigarette. Hopefully, Adam won't put that in the documentary.

9. I have two driver's licenses because when I renewed mine in March, they didn't take the expired one.

10. I love cats. But you already knew that.

11. I only watch baseball because my boyfriend does.

12. I was gonna list my family background here, but realized that if I ever went to Britain, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, or Russia, they'd all agree I was American.

13. I've studied Spanish, French, Russian, Italian, and Japanese. The last two I studied outside of school.

14. Though I can read music and kinda sorta remember piano lessons, all signs point to my tone-deafness.

15. What the fuck, no grape jelly beans? They have a list of 50 flavours, and only put 40 in the box. Fuck you, Jelly Belly. I didn't need three strawberry and three apple flavours. I want grape!

16. Speaking of which, I like using British spellings of words. Words just look nicer that way, doncha think?

17. Also, I write like I talk. And talk like I write.

18. I've lived in California, Florida, Kansas, and New Jersey.

19. Oddly enough, I picked up the vaguely southern accent from Jersey.

21. I played tennis in high school. Poorly.

22. My cats are named Bubba and Willow. The former is older and male. The latter, female kitten.

23. I wasn't baptised when I was born, because my mother didn't want me entered into a faith without my choice. I was baptised at a Presbyterian church when I was six. I strayed from my faith until about 13 (born again by Brio!), and then started questioning things when I got to college. If you asked me my religion right now, I'd say Quaker.

24. Maybe that's why my pastor's wife told me the pastor felt "intimidated" by me...

25. I heart Pepsi Vanilla, Dr. Pepper, cherry soda, and grape soda.

26. I want to visit Ireland, Britain, and Japan.

27. I read Ann Coulter and Al Franken and they're both full of shit. But Al Franken's funnier.

28. I entered college as a Psych major, and left because it was so full of shit. So I went after a bullshitless major like radio/tv/film.

29. I'm more interested in TV than Film because I don't have the attention span for film.

30. I do, however, have the attention span to fill out surveys and memes, which I have been addicted to since my first email address in 1998 (barbahontas12@hotmail.com).

31. From kindergarten to college, I have attended 7 schools.

32. I wasn't allowed to call it kindergarten, because that suggested a place where children just play all day, and the school I attended was a learning establishment. So that grade was dubbed "Junior Primary."

33. I met the guy who does the voice of Cloud in Kingdom Hearts. I've even got a signed photo. Neener.

34. In the aforementioned Junior Primary school, we were also corrected to not use the word "kids" unless we were referring to baby goats. Young people who were not adults were "children." Which is why I find it stupifying that

pale_jezebel can't tell one of her students "right" (or "write") is not spelled "rit."

35. When I was in college, I heard about all sorts of people who graduated from Rowan and got great jobs instantly. Six months later, I'm still working at the hospital.

36. Though I'm a big fan of Janis Joplin, I don't read any books about her or watch any biography specials anymore. This is because I've read all the books and watched all the specials.

37. Ben Affleck was my sekrit celebrity boyfriend, but I dumped him when I couldn't stand watching his movies anymore. I've heard he's doing okay with his new girlfriend, though.

38. Yes, I am rocking out to a Jem mp3 right now.

39. After seeing all three, I have decided that I'm not a big LotR fan.

40. I wear contacts.

41. I wear cat ears on occasion. It's starting to taper off now that I have to work monday to friday, and on the weekends, I just hold back my hair out of laziness.

42. Disney movies that I never liked before are earning my fancy. Movies that were my favourites as a child bore me now.

43. I believe charity money would be better spent on sending birth control and education to third world nations than to just keep feeding more starving children.

44. I love Dance Dance Revolution. I'm also a big girl, so when people find out this fact, they kinda look at me and say, "Really? I never would have guessed..."

45. I got a combined 1280 on the SAT. It's too low for me, but I didn't feel like retaking it. Besides, the valedictorian got a 920.

46. I have a damn good work ethic and get shit for it. My coworkers anywhere have always been lazy and good for nothing, and get praised. Office Space was right.

47. I think a lot of people think I don't like them just because I'm quiet and shy. Also because I don't like them.

57. I bought a giant cabinet from Ikea to hold all my VHSs, CDs, and DVDs. My CDs were moved to a cart that also holds my stereo. My VHSs take up 2/3 of the cabinet. My DVDs are about to overflow.

58. I have 107 DVDs. 75 of those are animated. 64 of those are anime. 19 of those are Utena and Trigun ^_^

59. I wrote a 13 page paper about the gender issues of the Utena movie and I'm damned proud of it.

60. In 2004, I'm voting, just to get rid of Bush.

61. I like kids. Up to a point. That point being 14 minutes.

62. I'm getting a digital camera for Christmas and I can't wait to open it.

94. From sixth to eighth grade, I went by my middle name because I don't like my first name. In high school, I was called "C."

96. I've really tried to understand yaoi and slash from an intellectual standpoint, and can't get it. So I'm still working on the "people will like what they like and it's not my place to tell them it's stupid" thing.

99. When we first moved to New Jersey, my mother got it in her head that I would eventually attend college at Rowan. I did not want to go to Rowan. I went to Rowan. And when all is said and done, I'm glad I did.
