Collins, I have discovered how
I can become the next
Poet Laureate
who is adored by millions and
lauded by critics and readers.
What I must do is to
write down my thoughts
but do so in a
fragmented manner
like this.
Because now I'm not just writing in my journal;
I'm writing
poetry.
Gee it sure is
sunny today.
I would appreciate not going to class
but both my classes today are
very small, so my
professors would notice
my absence. Also, the student that lent me the
Billy Collins book
is in one of my classes today
and I would
love
to get the bloody thing off my hands.
