TV/Internets Nooz
May. 2nd, 2007 09:54 amDude, help me out here. I know this was a joke on Family Guy or Robot Chicken or some show that mocks pop culture, but now I can't place it, and A&E is ACTUALLY DOING IT:
- The Two Coreys – Corey Haim tests his long-time friendship with fellow actor Corey Feldman, as he moves in with him and his wife, Susie. The Feldmans then have to deal with their challenging house guest. Produced by RDF.
- Casting Call: MTV Networks' Music Group has launched two casting sites where viewers can submit themselves to appear on two shows, The Real World on MTV and I Love New York on VH1. Starting today, viewers can visit The Real World Casting site at www.RealWorldCasting.com to try for a spot in the next house or be a casting judge. Viewers of I Love New York can visit www.ILoveNewYork2.com to try for a spot during the second season or be a casting judge.
- TBS will add a free ad-supported version to its subscription-based online gaming platform GameTap from May 31. The company found that "several million" users visited the site monthly, but that many do not return after their free trial subscription expires. The free service will feature action/adventure, racing, sports and fighting titles. GameTap will continue to offer a premium "gold" service of more complex games free of ads.
