Considering it took pretty much all of season 1 for me to go from 'eh, whatever' to actually liking Sokka, that may not be a bad thing.

Aw, I loved Sokka from the start. We've got all these epic characters fighting the most epic battle of the universe, and then there's Sokka, providing moral support and fart jokes. Avatar without its sense of humor? Cries.
