You know, my family hardly gets time to spend together. My father works nights, and gets Sundays and Mondays off. My mother works a 9-5 job Monday to Friday. My hours are every which way and then some. It's rare that the three of us have a day to spend together. Today was one of those days. The three of us went to the Strawberry Festival at Dutch Neck, and then to Philly to visit Chinatown. And it just got me thinking...

Patricide isn't that bad, is it? Whew. Okay, didn't think so.

Bought lotsa things today. Three pairs of chopsticks, a sake set with four cups (bad luck! No wonder it was only $20!), a little happy good luck greeting neko, a bartender's guide, and a cute little chopstick rest. Fun fun.

Reserved room for Otakon. Huzzah. Just have to remember to bring that credit card with me to Maryland. :: ties red string around finger ::

I saw a store called the "Friendly Donut" today. That kept me happy for a good five minutes.

Off to partay! Hopefully Rob can come visit tomorrow. Oh please oh please oh please.
